Pie with condensed milk

The simplest and fastest recipe for a sweet pie with condensed milk.

You will need:

Butter — 80 g
Shortbread cookie (jubilee) — 300 g
Egg yolk — 3 pieces
Condensed milk — 400 ml
Lemon — 1/2 pieces

How to cook:

1. Put the cookies in a bag and crush into not very shallow crumbs.

2. Add in the cookies finely chopped and strongly chilled butter and mix thoroughly.

3. Lay out the resulting mass in a mold and form the sides of a height of about 2 cm. The dough should be spread as evenly as possible.

4. Send the form to a preheated oven to 180 ° C for 15 minutes.

5. While the base is baked, we prepare the filling. Whisk the yolks and add condensed milk.

6. While continuing to beat, add the juice of half a lemon.

7. Take out the form from the oven, put the filling on the base.

8. Distribute evenly and again in the oven for 10 minutes.

9. Pick up from the oven, decorate with berries, fruit or whipped cream to your taste.
