Pie with potato-mushroom cream


1 pack of puff pastry yeast
4 small potatoes
150 ml cream (the more fatty the more delicious)
1 large onion
100 g of cheese
300 g of mushrooms
bunch of greenery
salt pepper,
2 tbsp. spoons are growing. oils


1) Boil the potatoes

2) Onion cut into half rings and fry for 2-3 minutes in vegetable oil. Add mushrooms and fry all together until all the water is evaporated. I took 300 g of frozen forest!

3) Crushed potatoes in puree with the addition of hot cream.

4) Mix the mushroom and potato weights. We add greens, finely chopped, salt and pepper. How to mix! Everything, the filling is ready.

5) Roll the dough into a thin layer and cut into 3 or 4 rectangles! I had 2 sheets and 4 pieces left, if you have 1 — then you can and 3 pieces! We lay on the baking tray for 2 layers of dough and bake at 200 gr. 12 minutes, they should lightly brown.

6) We put 1 cake on a baking sheet, smear it with cream. Sprinkle with grated cheese … So put all the layers — on top will be the cake. It’s no longer oversimplified, but simply sprinkled with cheese!

7) Bake another 5 minutes at the same temperature.
