Pizza — roll of Stromboli


— 250 gr. Pizza dough
— 1 cup of tomato sauce
— 1,5 cups of mozzarella
— 9 slices of salami
— 7 pieces of ham
— 1 egg
— oregano

For the test:
— 1 cup of warm water
— 2 1/4 tsp. Dry yeast
— 1 tbsp. Honey or sugar
— 2 tsp. Salt
— 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
— 3 cups of flour

Preparation of Pizza — Rolls of Stromboli:

To make a dough, you need to mix a glass of warm water with yeast and a teaspoon of sugar. Now in this mixture you need to add two tsp. Salt and two tablespoons. olive oil.

Knead the dough in the combine, mix for 15-20 minutes, then put in a bowl with a little vegetable oil, cover with a towel and leave in this position to approach for an hour or one and a half. When the dough came up, take half and roll out a 25 to 40 layer of it.

Put the tomato sauce, leaving the edges 6-7 cm from all sides. For tomatoes, put grated mozzarella cheese, spread the slices of ham and salami, take the egg, lightly beat it to grease the unfilled edges. Tighten the narrow edges of the dough, wrap it all in a roll and transfer it to a baking tray.

Lubricate the surface of the roll with egg, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, make cross-cuts on the roll through 4-5 cm. The final touch is dry grass, or parsley can be, or oregano.
Stromboli is baked in the oven at a temperature of 250-240 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
