Pizza «Wonderful»

For the test: 500 g of flour, ½ cup of water, ½ cup of milk, 1 egg, 4 tbsp. spoons melted cream margarine, ½ a packet of dry yeast, 1 tbsp. l. sugar, ½ tsp. salt.

For the filling: 2-3 tbsp. l. tomato paste or ketchup, 6 sausages, 1 large onion, 2 bell peppers, 2 tomatoes, 200 grams of hard cheese, 2 processed cheese, mayonnaise, ½ a bunch of parsley.

Preparation:

Knead the yeast dough: mix the dry yeast with flour, add warm water and milk, then egg whipped with sugar and salt. Dough constantly vymeshivat, at the end add melted margarine. Cover the dough with a towel, leave to stand for 20 minutes.

Grate the hard cheese, cut the remaining products finely.

Dough roll out a thin (moderately) layer, shift to a greased baking sheet. Billet grease with tomato paste or ketchup, sprinkle with onions, put pieces of sausages, peppers, melted cheese. You can apply a mesh of mayonnaise.

Put in preheated to 200 g. oven for 20 min. Then put on the pizza mugs of tomatoes, sprinkle with parsley, grated hard cheese, and bake for 5 more minutes.
