Pork meat 2 pieces;
Salt to taste;
Pepper to taste;


1. Time of preparation — 10 minutes
2. Pull off pieces on both sides.
3. Salt, pepper.
4. Put on a hot frying pan.

Fry for about 3-4 minutes (depends on the thickness of the meat)

If the frying pan is ordinary, fry for several minutes on each side.
5. Turn and fry for another 3 minutes.
6. Next, shift to a plate and cover with a foil or other plate on top, so that the juices are distributed evenly over the piece. And for now, prepare a salad and a side dish.
7.The chopper is ready!
