How to cook pork chops with apples?

3 pork chops without bone
3-4 apples
1 clove of garlic
30 grams of fresh sage leaves
3.75 glasses of water
1/8 cup of sea salt
1/8 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons ground pepper
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Start with the brine. Bring the water to a boil and throw salt and sugar. Cook until completely dissolved. Remove from heat and add pepper and a bunch of sage leaves. Put the chops in the bag (with the lock) and pour in the brine cooled down. Throw a clove of garlic and put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. In a large frying pan heat the oil and lay out the pickled chops. Rinse the meat on both sides for 2 minutes each until slightly golden brown. When chops are almost ready, transfer them to a plate and set aside for a while. In the same pan fry the sliced apples in butter until golden.

Put the sage and cook for another minute. Return the meat to a frying pan, spoon the apples from above on each chop. Put the frying pan in the oven for 5 minutes until meat is ready.

Serve the dish hot.
