Pork chops with white sauce


Pork chops on bone — 4 pcs
Olive oil — 1 tablespoon
Salt — 1 tablespoon
Butter — 1 tablespoon
Mushrooms — 200 g
Onion — 1 piece
Dry white wine (Chardonnay or Chablis) — 1/2 cup
Fat cream — 1/4 cup


1. Pour the pork chop with olive oil, salt.

2. Put the chops on a hot frying pan. Fry about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

3. Put the chops on the plate. Add a little butter, chopped mushrooms and onions to the pan. Fry for 5-7 minutes.

4. Pour in the dry wine and put out for 2-3 minutes.

5. Add fat cream to the sauce.

6. Put the toasted chops into the sauce. Close the frying pan with foil and put in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
