Potato basket with meat and mushrooms

This dish is convenient because it perfectly combines meat and garnish.


Dough: 250 g of potatoes; 200 g of flour, 1 egg; 50gr. butter; salt
Filling: 400-450 g of pork tenderloin; 2 small onions; 1 clove of garlic; 200 g fresh mushrooms (champignons, chanterelles or white) 200 ml. oily cream (20%); 1 egg + 1 yolk; 100 g of grated cheese; fresh dill


Peel potatoes and boil in salted water until cooked. Prepare the mashed potatoes with the addition of eggs, oil and salt. Pour in the flour and knead the dough. Lay the potato dough shape for baking, making the sides. Shape in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Mushrooms cleaned, thoroughly washed and dried. To cut into large pieces. Chop onion and garlic. Fry all together until the liquid evaporates. Put the mushrooms in a separate bowl. In the same pan fry for 5-7 minutes finely chopped meat. To the meat add mushrooms, half grated cheese, chopped dill, mix.

For pouring, beat egg and yolk, pour in cream, salt. Pour the filling with the filling, put it in the basket.
On top of the basket sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese and bake in the oven at 190 C for about 35 — 40 minutes.
