Potato casserole in French


Potatoes — 600g.
Onion — 150g.
Chicken fillet — 500g.
The hard cheese is 250-300g.
Garlic — 3-4 cloves.
Sour cream — 250-350 ml.
Mayonnaise — 2st. Spoons.
Salt, pepper, spices.

Finely chop the chicken fillet.
Slice the garlic.
Mix mayonnaise, chicken, garlic, salt, pepper and spices to taste.

Mix well and allow to stand for 20 minutes.

Cut the onion into thin rings.

Grate the cheese on a large grater.

Mix sour cream (you can replace sour cream with cream), salt, pepper, and spices to taste.

Mix well with sour cream and spices.

Cut the potatoes into thin slices.

On the oiled form, lay a layer of onion.

On the onion lay a layer of potatoes.

Grate the potatoes with sauce from sour cream and spices.

From above pile the chicken fillet to each other.

Sprinkle with grated cheese. Repeat the layers until the ingredients run out.

Sprinkle with cheese on top.

You should get something like this picture. We put the casserole in a preheated oven and bake at 180 * -200 * 35-55 minutes. Willingness to check with a knife or toothpick.

Ready casserole to cool slightly and serve on the table.
