You will need:

400 g turkey stuffing
2 cloves of garlic
600 g of potatoes
1 onion
2 eggs
150 g sour cream
1 cup of flour
1 glass of grated cheese
Red pepper to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Oil for lubrication of molds

How to cook:

1. Put the stuffing from the turkey in a bowl, peel the garlic and squeeze it into minced meat. Season with salt, ground black pepper and paprika to taste and mix. Then add the egg, sour cream and 1/4 cup of flour and mix well.

2. Peel the potatoes and grate on a large grater. In the same container, grate on a large grater onion. Put the grated potatoes and onions in a colander and put the colander in a bowl for 10-15 minutes to stack excess juice.

3. Transfer the potatoes and onions back to the bowl, add the remaining eggs, season with ground black pepper and salt, mix. Add the remaining 3/4 cups of flour and knead the dough.

4. Preheat the oven to 180C. Lubricate the split form for baking with butter, put the dough into a mold and make a spoonful of the edge.

5. Put the forcemeat with a spoon in the middle of the potato base and level.

6. Put the form in the oven for 45 minutes, then remove (do not turn off the oven).

7. Sprinkle the cake on top with grated cheese and put back into the oven for another 15 minutes.

8. Remove the finished cake from the mold, cut into slices and serve hot.
