Potato cheesecake with chicken

For potato cheeses:
— half a kilogram of potatoes
— 1 egg

For filling:
— 250 grams of chicken ground meat
— 2 onions
— Spices
— 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
— some garlic


Minced fry with onions and spices with garlic and mayonnaise. Cook potatoes in salted water, drain the water, potatize the mash, add egg, flour, greens. Dough to cool, divided into pieces.

From each piece to make a small cake, put them on a greased baking sheet covered with parchment. Each lubricate the beaten egg, put the top of the filling, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake at 160 degrees for a quarter of an hour.
