Potato Cutlets

This is a very good and simple way to diversify your table if you prefer potatoes to other kinds of side dishes. It seems to me that such simple homemade recipes are the best solution for those who want to cook something that is 100% delicious, but do not repeat too much.


Potatoes 1000 g
Food salt 1 tsp.
Butter 40 g
Flour, wheat 35 g
Egg of chicken 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil 30 ml


Potatoes must be cleaned and cooked until soft in salted water. When it is ready, you need to drain the water and add a good slice of butter to it.

While the potatoes have not cooled down, mash it together with oil so that the mass without lumps will turn out. Now you need to add eggs, about a half tablespoons of flour and mix thoroughly until smooth.

From the resultant test we make cutlets (or round little bits) and put them on a hot frying pan with vegetable oil.

Fry the cutlets on medium heat until they have a golden hue. At this point, they need to be turned around and achieved the same color on the other side. After this, the dish can be considered ready. Serve cutlets with sour cream, mushroom sauce, vegetable salad or as a side dish to a meat or fish dish.
