Potato pizza

3-4 servings:

● 700 g of chopped potatoes
● 2 eggs
● 2 tbsp flour
● 3-4 zb of garlic
● salt, pepper
● 3 tablespoons sour cream + 1 tsp with a slide of Dijon mustard
● 200-250 gr of smoked, hunting sausages
● 2 middle heads of onions
● 1 sweet paprika
● 150 cherry tomatoes
● 170 grams of cheese (I have 100 mozzarella + 70 normal, fermented)
● several green onion feathers


Onions cut into half rings and lightly fry. Add the chopped paprika and fry for a few more minutes. Add the same sausage cuts, mix and turn off.

Potatoes three on a large grater, add the garlic, passed through the press, eggs, flour, salt, pepper. Stir well. Distribute half the mass in a hot frying pan (+2 tbsp vegetable oil), 21 cm in diameter on the bottom. Reduce fire to medium and fry about 5 minutes. Then carefully turn over …

And, after a couple of minutes, lubricate our potato base with half mustard sour cream, then half the stuffing and cherry tomatoes, cut in half, sprinkled with green onions …
… cheese, make a small fire and close the lid.
We languish until the last melts.

In the same sequence, fry the second pizza. It is desirable to do everything at the same time, on two pan.
