Potato-shaped boats in uniform


8 large potatoes
200 grams of ham
150 grams of hard cheese
A glass of sour cream of any fat content
Half bulbs
Half a bunch of dill
Half a bunch of parsley
Ground pepper to taste

Preparation of Potato Boats in a uniform:

1. The potato is good for washing and boiling in a uniform, we cool and clean it.

2. Then cut each potato in half along and gently take out the pulp with a spoon from the middle.

3. Ham and onions finely chopped, cheese rubbed on a large grater, green chopped and mixed with the pulp of potatoes removed earlier.

4. All this is mixed, seasoned with sour cream, salt and pepper taste.

5. Then in each «boat» of potatoes superimpose this mass.

6. Boats put in the oven at 220-250 degrees and bake for about half an hour.

7. These «boats» of potatoes in a uniform are served both in hot and cold form.
