Potato with cheese and ham


Chicken broth — 100 ml
Sour cream — 100 g
Havarty — 150 g
Potatoes — 3 pcs.
Ham — 200 g
Green peas — 100 g
Red onion — 2 pcs.
Olive oil — 2 tbsp. L.


1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare a roasting dish.
In a large bowl, mix the chicken broth, sour cream and cut into small cubes (you can grate) Havarty’s cheese.
2. Add in the bowl brushed and diced potatoes, chopped ham and green peas, mix well. Put the prepared mixture in a greased form and sprinkle it with grated cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
3. Peel and finely chop the onion, fry it in a frying pan until golden brown.
4. Remove the foil from the potatoes and sprinkle with fried onions. Bake for another 30 minutes or until golden brown.
