Potatoes in bacon


Potatoes of medium size — 8-1 pcs.
Bacon (ready-cut) — 16-20 strips

For sauce:

Butter — 2 cups
Flour — 1 tbsp. L.
Broth — 1/4 l
Sour cream — 100 g
Juice half a lemon


1. Potato carefully washing and cook in a uniform. Slightly cool, cleanse from the skin. We wrap each potato in two strips of bacon, put it in a mold and put it in a preheated oven for 200 ° C for 10 minutes.
2. While the potato in bacon is baked, prepare the sauce. To do this, in a saucepan with a thick bottom, warm the butter, add the flour, then carefully, so that the lumps do not turn out, pour in the broth and let it boil.
3. Remove from the plate, add sour cream, salt, pepper, lemon juice, stir. Fill this potato sauce and send it to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
4. Sprinkle the fresh dish with fresh herbs. Simple and very tasty! The amount of potato depends on the amount of bacon. We had 14 strips of bacon in the package, respectively, we needed 7 potatoes.
