Puffs with ham and suluguni

Ready-made puff pastry — 500 g (4 plates)
Ham — 150 g
Suluguni cheese — 150 g
Onions — 1 pc.
Parsley greens — 1/2 beam
Eggs of chicken — 1 pc.
Butter — 30 g
Black pepper powder

1. Place the plates of the dough one by one to thaw.
2. Cut the ham and onions into small cubes.
3. Suluguni should be rubbed on a large grater.
4. Heat the butter in a frying pan (leave a little to grease the pan) and fry onion with ham. Add finely chopped parsley.
5. Remove from heat and add grated suluguni. Stir. If necessary, salt and pepper to taste.
6. Cut each plate of the dough in half. Cut the corners diagonally. Put on the dough on a full tablespoon of toppings, connect the corners on each side, and then join them crosswise in the middle.
7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cover the parchment with parchment and grease with oil.
8. Lay on the baking tray. Lubricate the puffs with beaten yolk.
9. Bake puffs with ham and cheese in a preheated oven at 200 degrees 35-40 minutes.
10. Puffs should brighten well. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper with ham and cheese.
11. Puffs with ham and cheese are ready!
