You will need:

Puff pastry-500g
Tangerine (orange) -2pcs

Caramel syrup:
Butter-100gr
Sugar-80g
Orange juice -250ml

How to prepare Slices with tangerines:

1. Prepare the filling for the layers. Tangerines (oranges) cleaned, divided into slices and remove the film

2. Puff pastry roll, cut into triangles (elongated)

3. Put a mandarin orange slice on the wide end (to make elongated incisions on the narrow edge)

4. Collapse, giving the shape of a bagel or croissant.

5. Combine the ingredients for the sauce: mix the orange juice with sugar and softened butter (for uniformity, heat the sauce in a water bath)

6. The bottom of the mold should be poured a little with juice and put the puffs tightly to each other.

7. Pour the syrup, sprinkle sugar on top.

8. Bake in preheated to 180С oven, until golden brown, 5 minutes before puffiness grease the yolks.
