Quick cherry pie home

The cake is very simple, but what a delicious ….



● 2 eggs
● 1 item of sugar
● 0.5 tsp soda or 1.5 tsp baking powder
● 200 g of sour cream (I have 20%)
● 100 sl. Oil (I have sl.m.margarin)
● 1 pack van.sahara (took 3 tsp)
● 1.5 tbsp. Flour (glass of 240 ml)
● 1 banal of cherry compote (cherry without pits) 350 g net or frozen 300 — 400 g


Pre-discard the cherry in the colander, give a good drain of liquid, then mix it a little with the starch or flour, if frozen, do not defrost and pour starch
Form-24 or 20 * 25 (I have a 26 cm cake)

1.Starch the oil.

2. In a large bowl, lightly beat up (with a handful of whisk) eggs and sugar

3. Add the butter, sour cream, baking powder, vanilla sugar, flour and add to the bowl (not for long, only to make the products «grab»). The dough should be made according to the consistency of thick sour cream.

4.In the mold pour the dough, spread the cherry and lightly press it into the dough.

5.Tech at t-180g. 35-40 min. Or more (depends on your oven, check — dry toothpick)
If the berry is frozen, the baking time increases.
