Recipe for fine Italian pizza


For thin dough:

— 100 gr. warm water;
— 0.5 tsp. dry yeast;
— 1 teaspoon of sugar and salt;
— 2 cups of sifted flour;
— 1 egg;
— 2 tbsp. l. olive oil.

For filling:

— Tomato sauce (100 grams of tomatoes, olive oil, dry basil, oregano, salt, sugar);
— 100 gr. tomatoes;
— 100 gr. ham;
— 120 gr. cheese;
— 50 gr. Bulgarian pepper;
100 gr. fresh champignons.


1. Knead the dough: dissolve in warm water sugar, dry yeast and salt.

2. Pour half of the flour, stir and add the egg, stir the mass well once more.

3. Add the rest of the flour, olive oil and knead the dough.

4. Divide the dough in half: from each half you can prepare a pizza with a diameter of 35-40 cm.

5. Roll out the dough in the form of a round thin pancake, pouring the flour as needed.

6. Prepare tomato sauce: 2-3 medium tomatoes, scald with boiling water and remove peel, chop them in a blender, add a pinch of dry basil and oregano, olive oil, sugar, salt. Cook the sauce for 5 minutes, and allow to cool slightly.

7. Spread the whole area of ​​the dough with tomato sauce.

8. Lay the chopped mushrooms, ham, sweet peppers, tomatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese and greens.

9. Put the pizza for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven to 220 degrees. Important: do not overdo it in the oven, otherwise the dough will not turn out soft!
