Rice pun with vegetables


• 1/2 cup basmati rice or brown rice
• 1 large carrot
• 1/4 red pepper
• 3 large leaves of cabbage (feces, savoy or the like)
• 50 g of mushrooms
• 2 onion heads
• A handful of pumpkin seeds
• A small handful of sesame seeds
• 1 clove of garlic
• a small piece of ginger
• hot chilli to taste
• Soy sauce to taste
• 1 tbsp. olive oil


1. Cook rice: 1.5 cups of water for 0.5 cups of rice. Cook until the water is completely absorbed, then remove from heat and set aside for a while to the side.

2. Peel the carrots and cut into small cubes, cut the same way and pepper. Preheat 1/2 tbsp. Olive oil in a frying pan and add there carrots, peppers, a little chili, pour on soy sauce and cook for a few minutes.

3. Put down the garlic, cut the ginger. Add everything to the pan and lightly fry for a few minutes.

4. Cut the leaves of cabbage, add to the frying pan and lightly sprinkle with oil. Stir and cook for about 10 minutes.

5. Cut the mushrooms and add to the frying pan. Cook a couple of minutes.

6. Cut the onions and add to the frying pan along with pumpkin and sesame seeds.
Cook another couple of minutes and add the rice, then a little soy sauce.
Stew until rice absorbs all the juices, add greens to taste.
