Rice with chicken in sweet and sour sauce


Chicken breast 400g
Rice 500 g
Tomato paste — 2 tbsp. Spoons
Honey — 1 tsp.
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Salt, pepper to taste
Green peas canned 100g


Cook the rice. Drain the water. Mix with the peas. Put it aside. Chop the chicken fillets into pieces. Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the chicken for 5 minutes, stirring.
In a mug with water, dissolve honey and tomato paste. Pour into the frying pan with chicken. Salt, pepper the meat, add the lemon juice. Stew for 5 minutes. Lay the rice on a plate, and put chicken in sweet and sour sauce on top.
