Roll for tea fast


● 55 g of flour
● 55 g of sugar
● a pinch of salt
● 2 tsp. baking powder
● 2 eggs
● 5 tbsp. l. jam
● powdered sugar


1. First you need to mix the first four ingredients, then add two eggs and mix everything thoroughly into a homogeneous mass.

2. Prepare a baking sheet, put baking paper on it and grease it with sunflower or butter. Evenly split the dough on it and put it in the oven, heated to 180 degrees.

3. Bake only 6 minutes, until the top of the cake will not get a golden crust.

4. In parallel with the baking of the cake, put a metal saucepan on the fire, into which we pour jam and lightly heat it. By the way, jam can be any, but especially suitable strawberry. But this is a matter of everyone’s taste.

5. So, we remove the jam from the fire and take out the cakes from the oven. Remove the paper and grease one side with warm jam, wrap it in a roll and sprinkle it abundantly with powdered sugar.

6. Let’s cool down and you can brew tea!
