It is necessary:

language — 400 grams
onions — one piece
champignons — 150 grams
sour cream 10% — 100 grams
garlic — 3 slices
chopped walnuts — two tablespoons
salt — to taste
black ground pepper — to taste
walnuts — for decoration

Cooking method:

Tongue thoroughly and after that boil in salted water. After this, bring to a boil, remove the foam, salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 hours on a small fire. Then put the tongue in cold water, peel and cut into thin slices.

Onion wash, peel, cut into small cubes and fry in a non-stick frying pan, oiled with a drop of oil. Mushrooms also washed, dried, cut into thin plates and add to onions. Fry yes golden color and until all the liquid evaporates. Salt and pepper.

Separately wash, clean, grind garlic through garlic and then mix with chopped nuts and fried mushrooms with onions.

After this, put the resulting mass on pieces of tongue, roll into rolls, put on a baking sheet and pour sour cream.

After that, put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Before serving, put the roll on a plate, decorate with walnuts and serve on a table.
