Royal Pie

Grocery list:

-Muka-480 grams
-Margarine or butter — 300 grams
-Eggs — 6 pieces
-Cottage cheese — 500 grams
-Apples — 4 pieces
-Sugar sand — 600 grams
-Displender — 1 sachet
-Vanilin — 1 packet

So, to make a royal pie with apples and cottage cheese you will need: flour, margarine or butter, eggs, cottage cheese, sugar, baking powder, vanillin, apples.

Separate the proteins from the yolks. Softened margarine grind with 200 grams of sugar, add 3 yolks, beat well.

To the oily-egg mixture add sifted: flour, baking powder, 1/2 bag of vanillin.

Knead soft, elastic dough and send it for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Mix together cottage cheese, 200 grams of sugar, 3 yolks, 1/2 a bag of vanillin. Cottage cheese MUST take a dry!

Cut apples and cut into crescents.
Dough to distribute the form, smooth.
Put the cottage cheese.

Top the slices of apples. Transfer to the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
The pie should become golden.

6 whipped with 200 grams of sugar to a strong peak, put on top of the pie. Send to the oven at 180 degrees for exactly 10 minutes.
The top layer should become golden, but stay soft. Do not overdo it in the oven!

Ready cake should stand for 8 hours, then on the surface very nice droplets are formed

Ready the royal pie with apples and cottage cheese decorate to your liking.

I have for decoration — slices of apples, carambola and red currant berries.

The pie turns out unusually tasty — short pastry, tender cottage cheese, apples under the air cap.
