Salad Catherine


— 1 can of sweet corn,
— 1 can of canned champignons,
— 2-3 salted cucumber,
— 1-2 red bell peppers,
— 1 medium onion, mayonnaise.


Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in a small amount of butter until golden. Add mushrooms (if they are large cut) and fry for 5 minutes. Cool. Mix the peppers and cucumbers cut into cubes, corn and mushrooms with onions. Season with mayonnaise to taste shortly before serving.
