Salad Crunchy


200 g of white loaf
250 g chicken fillet
150 g cheese
300 g of cucumbers
150 g of onion
1 bunch of green salad
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp. vinegar 6%


1. Boil the fillet until cooked (cook about 20 minutes after boiling). Cool down. Cut the fillets into fibers. Cut the loaf into cubes. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown

2. Cut cucumbers into strips. Cut the onions into half rings. If you use a bitter onion, it should be poured with boiling water, leave for 10 minutes, then drain the water, rinse onion in cold water. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

3. Make the gas station. To do this, mix the vegetable oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, squeeze out the garlic. Salad to break with hands. Add cucumbers, onions, fillets, cheese, dressing and crackers

4.Recommended to add the crumbs before serving, in order to keep them crispy.
