Salad for weight loss

Hello.
This salad will help anyone who suffers from excess weight, and not only for those who want to lose some weight, but for everyone who wants it is a healthy food, because the salad of ripe pomegranate is very tasty and, of course, useful.
The foods that are present in the salad ingredients, namely the vegetables, are very useful. And the fats that are present in it will be burned with the acid of a ripe pomegranate, and you will get the most healthy calories for the body.

Ingredients:

fillet of chicken — 250 g,
potatoes — 2 pieces,
beet — 2 pieces,
carrots — 2 pieces,
eggs — 2-3 pieces,
onion — 1 pc,
garnet — 1-2 pieces,
walnuts — 2 tablespoons,
vegetable oil for frying,
mayonnaise,
salt,
freshly ground pepper

Preparation:

1. Vegetables (beets, carrots, potatoes) and boil eggs. Grate on a large grater in different bowls.

2. Cook the chicken fillet (15 minutes before the end of cooking, add salt and add bay leaf). Cut into cubes.

3. Peel onion, chop finely and fry in vegetable oil until soft.

4. Cut the walnuts with a knife or grind them in a blender.

5. In the middle of the dish, in which we will serve a salad, put a clean glass.

6. Lay the salad layers around the glass. We fill with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to your taste.

7. Layers: half a chicken — carrots — potatoes — walnuts — half beets — walnuts — fried onions — the remaining chicken — eggs — the remaining beets.

8. Remove the glass and cover the salad well with mayonnaise.

9. Cover the whole surface of the salad with pomegranate seeds.

10. Dish with a salad to tighten the food film and put it in the refrigerator for the night, so that the salad is well soaked.
