Salad Negresco


Chicken fillet — 400 grams (boiled)
Fresh cucumber — 2 pieces
Eggs — 4 pieces (hard-boiled)
Prunes — 200 Grams
Cheese hard — 100 Grams
Walnut Nuts — 100 Grams
Mayonnaise — 6 Art. Spoons
Greek yoghurt — 6 Art. Spoons
Salt — To taste

Chop the boiled chicken with a knife.
Hard-boiled eggs are cleaned and finely chopped.
Cucumbers rinse and grate on a fine grater.

If the prunes are too hard, soak it in hot water for 10 minutes. Then cut into thin strips. Cut the walnuts in a blender.
Hard cheese grate on a fine grater.

Mayonnaise is mixed with yoghurt or sour cream until homogeneity.
Now you need to lay the salad layers in a serving bowl. We lay out in such a sequence: chicken, eggs, cucumbers, prunes, nuts, cheese. Between each layer we put a dressing from mayonnaise and yogurt. Before serving, put the salad in the fridge for 1 hour.
