Salad of chicken breast and grapefruit


Grapefruit (or pomelo) — 1 pc. (400 g)
Chicken breast — 150 g
Salad leaves — 100 g
Olive oil — 1 tbsp. l. (10 g)
Cashew nuts — 30 g
Parmesan (or other hard cheese) — 50 g
Salt — 1/4 tsp.


Fry the chicken fillet and cut it (preferably without oil in a non-stick frying pan, or greasing a conventional frying pan with olive oil with a paper towel). Grapefruit or pomelo peel and peel into slices that peel off the films. Largely pick up the leaves of the salad, and cut the cheese into thin plates. Mix chicken, lettuce, pomelo or grapefruit, cheese and cashew nuts, add olive oil and salt. Salad ready!
