Salad with beef, tomatoes and eggs


150 g boiled beef
5 small cherry tomatoes or 1 medium tomato
3-4 quail eggs
leaves of green salad
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp apple or balsamic vinegar
1 tsp mustard
2 cloves of garlic


1. Boil beef cut into strips. Leaves of lettuce tear.
2. For sauce: mix the oil, vinegar, mustard, add garlic squeezed through garlic, salt, pepper.
3. Stir the lettuce leaves, meat and dressing.
4. Cut cherry tomatoes and quail eggs into two parts. Put salad leaves and meat on a plate.
5. Top with tomatoes and eggs.
