Salad with chicken, cheese and croutons


Boiled chicken breast — 350 g
Tomatoes — 2-3 pcs.
Bulgarian pepper — 2-3 pcs.
Fresh cucumbers — 2 pcs.
Rye croutons — 80 g
Cheese of hard varieties — 150 g
Mayonnaise — to taste
Garlic — 1 head


1. Cut or tear a chicken breast into small pieces. We take a plate or salad bowl and put our chicken into it, slightly bringing it to the bottom.

2. Cut the tomato into small strips or cubes. The floor of the head of garlic is passed through the press and mixed in a separate container along with crushed tomatoes and a small amount of mayonnaise.

3. The resulting mixture is spread over the chicken. If a lot of liquid is formed from the tomato, then it must first be drained.

4. We peel Bulgarian pepper from seeds and cut not small cubes. The remaining garlic is passed through the press and mixed together with pepper and mayonnaise. Spread a mixture of pepper over tomatoes.

5. Cucumbers cut into cubes and spread out the next layer. The next layer is made from crackers.

6. Then comes a layer of crackers, which must be lubricated with a thin layer of mayonnaise. We pass the cheese through a fine grater and sprinkle a salad abundantly. We send salad with chicken, cheese and crackers to the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
