Salad with chicken fillet and mushrooms at home


— 300g chicken breast
— 3 medium potatoes
— 300 g fresh / frozen mushrooms
— 1 large onion
— 4-5 medium carrots
— 4 eggs
— 1 bunch of parsley
— salt
— mayonnaise


1. Cook the carrots and potatoes until they are ready. Eggs boil hard. Chicken fillet boil until cooked in slightly salted water (20-30 minutes after boiling). Champignons cut into small plates and fry with chopped onions.

2. Finished carrots and potatoes grate on a large grater. Eggs grate on a small grater. Chicken fillet cut into small cubes or tear into small pieces.
