Salad with crab sticks with Pekinese cabbage

Ingredients:

450 g crab sticks
5-6 leaves of Peking cabbage
1 long cucumber
400 g of canned corn
4 eggs
1 bunch of fresh dill
1 bunch of green onions
Mayonnaise to taste
Salt to taste

Crab sticks with Peking cabbage salad:

1. Prepare the ingredients: hard-boiled eggs, drain the liquid from the corn, clean and rinse the greens and vegetables.

2. Finely slice the Chinese cabbage, put in a large bowl, season with salt and set aside.

3. Slice the cucumber (if the skin is hard — remove it) and add it to the salad bowl.

4. Peel and cut the eggs, add to the salad bowl.

5. Add the corn.
Cut the crab sticks into small pieces and also add them to the salad bowl.

6. Add finely chopped onion and chopped dill.

7. Mix everything, season with mayonnaise and serve.
