Salad with fuccoza in Korean (Quick and easy)

Ingredients:

Funchosa 150 gr
Carrots in Korean 200 g
Fresh cucumber 150 gr
Sesame black 1 hl
Soy sauce to taste

Preparation Salad with fungi in Korean style:

Funchozu boil with boiling water for 10 minutes, drain the water and rinse the glass vermicelli with cold water.
In a bowl, mix the feces, carrots, add the cucumber and black sesame cut into thin strips, season the salad with soy sauce to taste.
