Salad with shrimps and champignons


● 150-200 g of peeled shrimp;
● 1 small bulb;
● fresh mushrooms 300 g;
● ½ can of canned peas;
● some roasting oil;
● salt and pepper to taste.


For salad dressing we use thick cream (20-23% fat content) 2 tbsp. And lemon juice 1 tsp.
Shrimp should be boiled, cleaned of shells. You can buy ready-made peeled shrimp. In the end, it should be about 200 grams of shrimp. However, I advise you to take shrimps in shells, then boil them and clean them (the cleared stores lose their taste). At your discretion, you can put more shrimp in a salad if you are a big fan of them.

Onions cut into thin half rings and fry in vegetable oil until soft. Separately fry the champignons cut into plates. Let the mushrooms and onion completely cool. All ingredients are combined in a salad bowl, add peas, salt and pepper black pepper to taste. Fill with a mixture of cream and lemon juice. Everything, our original salad with shrimps and champignons is ready! You can prepare this salad for your name-day or any other holiday.
