Salmon baked with potatoes


Potatoes — 4-5 pcs.
Salmon fillet — 1 kg
Cherry — 6-8 pieces.
Stalk of celery, onions — to taste
A mixture of aromatic hot peppers, rosemary, salt — to taste
Olive oil — 4-5 tbsp. L.


1. Cut the fillet into large pieces. Pepper with a mixture of freshly ground peppers, lightly salt and leave to soak for half an hour.
2. Cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces, onion half rings, celery thin slices across.
3. Boil the potatoes in the skins until half done. Then cool, peel and cut into round slices.
4. In a bowl, combine potatoes, rosemary, salt, olive oil. Add the tomatoes, onions and celery. Stir.
5. Distribute everything on a baking tray with pieces of salmon, trying to make the potatoes from the bottom.
6. Bake in the oven over medium heat.
