Samsa from lamb


Puff pastry — 1 pack
Lamb — 660 g
Bulb — 2 pieces
Salt — 2 teaspoon
Cumin — 1,5 teaspoon
Black pepper — 1 teaspoon
Egg — 1 piece (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
Seeds of sesame seeds — 1 pc.
Oil — 1 piece

Preparation of sauts from lamb:

1. Use a sharp knife to cut lamb as small as possible.

2. Finely chop the onion and add to the meat. Add salt, black pepper.

3. Mix well with hands. Put the filling in the refrigerator.

4. Slice the puff pastry into small cakes.

5. Roll all pieces of dough into tortillas.

6. Fill them with meat stuffing. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

7. Fold into triangles.

8. Mix 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of water. Lubricate Soames with egg mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Lubricate the baking tray with oil, put the patties.

9. Bake until golden brown: 20 minutes at 215 degrees, then reduce to 175 degrees and bake for an extra 15-20 minutes.
