Sausages homemade from chicken with mushrooms

Ingredients :

Chicken fillet — 250 g
Meat of chicken — 300 g
Champignons — 200 g
Egg — 2 pcs.
Pepper — to taste
Garlic — to taste
Porcine intestines
Salt — to taste

Cooking method:

Chicken fillet cut into cubes of 1 — 1.5 cm, and let the meat pass through the meat grinder. Champignons shall be finely chopped and fried in vegetable oil until golden brown. Knead the stuffing, add the passivated mushrooms, salt, pepper, chopped garlic, eggs. Carefully knead the stuffing.

Rinse the pork intestines. Fill the intestines with minced meat. We form sausages in the size of 15 — 20 cm, we make shallow punctures along the entire length of the sausages and bake in the oven until cooked.
