SHASHLYK IN THE OVEN ON THE ONION PILLOW

Meat (pork) — 1 kg
Onion — 2-4 pcs.
Vinegar — 3 tbsp. L. (2 for marinating onions, 1 for meat)
Mixture of peppers — 0,5 tsp.
Lemon juice — 3 tbsp. L.
Sugar — 1 tbsp. L.
Seasoning for meat — 2 tbsp. L.

How to cook a shish kebab in the oven on the onion cushion:

Cut the meat into small pieces. Add a mixture of peppers, seasoning, 1 tablespoon of vinegar and lemon juice. Thoroughly mix everything and leave to marinate for 2 to 6 hours in the cold.

Cut the onions into rings. Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 4 tablespoons of water. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.

Prepare the sleeve for baking. Tie on one side. Put the pickled onions on the bottom.
Top the meat.

Tie the sleeve on the other side and make 2-3 punctures at the top of the bag. Put in a preheated oven to 250 ° C for 50 minutes. After 50 minutes, get a sheet and cut the sleeve to brown the meat. If necessary, you can pour out the juice with the extract. And again put in the oven for 30 minutes.
