Ingredients:

1/2 of the middle head of the Iceberg salad
1/2 head of Peking cabbage
1 PC. Celery stalk
4 things. — radish
1 PC. — red sweet pepper of Bulgarian
Green onion, parsley, dill, garlic, salt.

Preparation of Shaurma at home:

First, chop the chicken fillets into strips and fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil b / z.
Sprinkle with spices and salt.

And this time we will wash and prepare for slicing our vegetables.
Peking cabbage shred, and the iceberg salad is torn.

Cucumber, tomato, pepper, celery stalk cut into cubes.
Greens: dill, parsley, chop the green onion finely. Garlic rubbed on a small grater. Sour cream, mayonnaise mixed, added all the greens, mixed.
Now chilled roasted fillets mixed with vegetables, add our sauce, mix well.
