Shish kebab from chicken and pineapple

Composition:

300 g chicken fillet
100 ml of soy sauce
100 ml of ketchup
200 g of pineapple

Shish kebab from chicken and pineapple:

1. Cut the fillets into small pieces.
2. Cut the pineapples into small pieces.
3. Mix the soy sauce and ketchup.
4. Mix the fillets and sauce, put in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
5. On the skewers thread, alternating, fillets and pineapples.
6. Cover the pan with oil or cover with baking paper, lay out skewers.
7. Put in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
