Shrimp cooking


boiled shrimp -500g,
boiled potatoes — 3-4pcs.,
100-140 g of red caviar,
lemon, greens — for decoration (optional)


1. Cook the shrimps together with aromatic spices (for example, bay leaf, black pepper peas) and with the addition of salt.

2. Let them cool down. Then cut each shrimp into 2 or 4 pieces (I recommend cutting the shrimp only if you bought large royal or tiger shrimps.)

3. Peel the cooked potatoes and grate it. Cut the boiled eggs finely.
4. Put the salad in layers in the following order:

1. Mayonnaise
2. half of all peeled shrimp
3. Mayonnaise
4. carton
5. Mayonnaise
6. Eggs
7. Mayonnaise
8.The rest of the shrimp
9. Mayonnaise
10. red caviar — laid out evenly over the entire top layer.
To decorate the salad, you can use lemon wedges and whole large shrimps.
Salad will need to let it brew in a cool place for about 5-6 hours.
