Shrimp in orange peel


Shrimp — 450 g
Orange — 1 pc.
Starch — 150 g
Chili pepper — 2 pcs.
Olive oil — 100 g
Marmalade (or jam) orange — 2 tablespoons.


1. Mix orange jam and juice of one orange. Cut the chili peppers in rings, having cleaned the grain well. Then marinate the prawns in this marinade for 15-20 minutes.

2. Roll the marinated shrimp in a starch and fry in a pan in olive oil

3. After 5-7 minutes, pour the marinade from the orange and marmalade into a frying pan and allow it to crystallize. Transfer to a salad bowl and cool.

The dish is ready.
