Shrimps in garlic sauce


Butter — 4 tbsp. l.
Olive oil — 4 tbsp. l.
Garlic — 2 cloves
Pepper red ground — 1 pinch
Shrimp peeled — 500 g
Salt — to taste
Pepper black ground — to taste
Wine white dry (table) — 0,5 stack.
Fresh parsley — 1 beam


1. In a large frying pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and mix with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
2. Add chopped garlic and red pepper and fry for about 3-5 minutes.
3. Peeled shrimps, salt and pepper put in a saucepan and cook until they turn pink for 2-3 minutes.
4. Remove the shrimp from the pan, set aside.
5. Add wine and lemon juice to the fried garlic in a frying pan and bring to a boil. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. When the butter melts, transfer the shrimps into the pan, add chopped parsley. Stir well and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
