How to make a simple pie with lemon?


— Flour — 1,5 cups
— Eggs — 2 pcs.
— Sour cream — 0,7 glasses
— Sugar — 0.3 cups
— Butter — 70 g
— Zest of one lemon
-Shock half a lemon
— Baking powder — 1 tsp.


1. First we will kill two eggs in a convenient deep bowl.

2. Add the sugar to the eggs and lightly mix the mixture with a whisk.

3. Then we introduce sour cream and softened butter into the mixture. Now mix the mixture more thoroughly, trying to get rid of the oil lumps.

4. We pass to the lemon. Before removing the zest from it, it should be thoroughly washed and wiped dry.

5. Then remove the peel with a small grater. Three peel lemon until there is only one white layer left.

6. Next, enter the zest into the dough. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice of half a lemon directly into the dough.

7. Add to the bowl a teaspoon of baking powder and add flour.

8. Mix the semi-liquid dough.

9. Pour the dough into the previously prepared baking dish with a silicone spatula and level it.

10. We send the form with a lemon dough to a preheated oven to 170 ° C and bake the cake for 30 minutes.

We are waiting for complete cooling, and then we remove it from the mold. We serve lemon cake for tea or coffee, decorating with powdered sugar.
