Snack Cake


● smoked chicken — 400 g
● Prunes — 100-150 g
● walnuts — 100 g
● carrots — 2 pcs.
● potatoes — 4 pcs.
● eggs — 4 pcs.
● Cheese (hard) — 300 g
● champignons — 250 g
● 1 tbsp. L. Vegetable oil for frying mushrooms
● salt
● mayonnaise or salted and spiced dense sour cream

For decoration:

● half fresh cucumber
● 3 tbsp. L. Well-chopped walnuts
● a sprig of parsley
● 1 cranberry berry


1. Boil eggs until ready, cool, peel and rub on a shallow grater.
2. Wash potatoes and carrots, boil until cooked, cool and clean.
3. Grate the carrots on a large grater, cut the potatoes into small cubes.
4. Wash the champignons, dry, finely chop.
5. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the mushrooms (about 7 minutes), add salt at the end of the frying. Fried champignons to cool.
6. Prunes should be washed, dried well, cut into small cubes (if the prunes are too dry, pre-pour it with boiling water for 5-10 minutes).
7. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, chop the smoked chicken into cubes, and chop the walnuts.

8. Salad spread on the dish layers:

1. Carrots, a little salt, grease with mayonnaise (or sour cream)
2. Half cheese
3. Half grubby eggs (2 pcs.)
4. Half a potato, a little salt, grease with mayonnaise
5. Half walnuts
6. Prunes
7. Smoked chicken, mayonnaise
8. Fried mushrooms
9. Remaining walnuts
10. The remaining potatoes, a little salt, grease with mayonnaise
11. 2 eggs
12. The remaining cheese

9. Decorate the cake to your liking or as shown in the photo: cucumber strips, chopped walnuts, parsley leaves and cranberry berries.
10. Remove the cake in the fridge for 4 hours to brew, and serve.
