Soup with zucchini and meatballs

How to make soup with zucchini and meatballs?

It will take:

2 small zucchini
2 sweet Bulgarian pepper
4 potatoes (medium)
2 carrots
1-2 onions
a few cloves of garlic
3-4 tomatoes
1 tbsp. spoon of tomato paste
500 g minced meat
several slices of white bread
1 egg
salt, pepper, bay leaf and other spices to taste
greenery

Wash vegetables, clean.
Zucchini cut into small cubes.

Carrot cut into slices (if
large — semi-rings, or quarters)

Pepper cut into small cubes

Cut the potatoes into cubes

Vegetables lightly fry on the plant. oil.

Transfer the vegetables into a saucepan, pour
2-3 glasses of water, cover and cook
on low heat for 25-30 minutes (see do not digest,
but it will not be delicious!)

Fry the onions and garlic.

Add tomato cut into slices
and 1 tbsp. spoon of tomato paste. Mix.
To fry.

Add the tomato paste into the pan to the other
vegetables. Season.

Bread soaked, squeezed, mixed with minced meat,
egg, salt and pepper.

Make small meatballs

and fry them from all sides.

Then put the meatballs in the soup and cook
5 minutes.

Serve with sour cream and herbs.
