Sour cream cake, freebie


Chocolate biscuit «Jubilee» with glaze — 12 pieces;
Curd — 500 g;
Sour cream 20% — 180 g;
Sugar powder with vanillin — 220 g (you can taste more)
Lemon Citrus — 1 tsp lodka
Gelatin — 20 g. (1 tbsp.);
For glaze
Bitter chocolate — 100 gr. (1 tile);
Butter — 3 tsp.


Soak gelatin in 50 ml of cold boiled water for 40-50 minutes.
Chop cottage cheese along with sugar powder, sour cream so that there are no large lumps left. Add finely grated lemon zest.
Swell the gelatin in a water bath until completely dissolved, stirring constantly. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and pour into the cream-cottage cheese mixture.

Once again, beat the creamy curd mixture to a homogeneous mass.
Rectangular deep baking dish is covered with foil or food film.

At the bottom of the form lay a layer of chocolate chip cookies. Then a sweet mixture of sour cream and cottage cheese. Then another layer of cookies, etc. Before the form is fully completed.
Place the form in the refrigerator for several hours until gelatin is completely solidified.

Frozen curd cake carefully turn on the dish and remove the food film (foil).
The cake is ready, it can be served already in this form, decorated with fruit or covered with chocolate glaze.

For this, melt the chocolate in a water bath with butter.
