— sour cream — 1 glass (plus 1 glass in cream)
-mooks — 3 glasses
-sugar — 3/4 Glass (plus 1/2 cup in cream)
soda — 1/4 teaspoon
Salts — 1/4 Teaspoon
-vanilnogo sugar — 1/3 Teaspoon (cream)


1. Preheat the oven to 230-240 degrees. Lubricate the pan with vegetable oil.

2. Stir in a large bowl of sour cream, sugar and salt. Pour in the flour and soda, knead the dough.

3. Divide the finished dough into 4 equal parts. From each part rolling a circle with a rolling pin.

4. Lay the cakes on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, prepare the cream:
Beat up sour cream with sugar and vanilla sugar. Lay one cake on a large dish, grease with cream, cover it with a second custard, grease it with cream, etc.

6. Crush the fourth cake to the consistency of crumbs and sprinkle the third cake, richly greased with cream. Decorate the cake at will and put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. When the cake is soaked with cream, it will become very gentle and soft.
